Our Mission
The mission for MCCPCA is to promote public safety by holding offenders accountable for their actions and reducing the risk of future criminal behavior. We accomplish this mission by providing community-based alternatives to incarceration that reduces the cost of punishment while maintaining the integrity of the criminal justice system.
Our Goals

Provide programs that do not compromise the safety of the community.

Rehabilitate the offender by providing educational and treatment programs to promote law abiding behavior.

Maximize the offender's ability to make restitution to the victim by remaining employed or becoming employed.

Shift the correctional costs from the taxpayers to the offenders while requiring the offenders to take responsibility for supporting their families.
